Tabata Barre is a more cardio intense Barre class incorporating high intensity cardio moves. Each class incorporates strength training using your own body weight and light free weights and is infused with dance-inspired cardio exercises. You'll feel your muscles burn, shake, and you'll likely be glowing with sweat. Her specific cues are always paired with motivation and encouragement, to help you grow stronger every time you step into the studio.
